Biography
Richard (Dick) Johnson is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Foot Locker, Inc. where he is responsible for overseeing all business operations and development on a day-to-day basis.
Career
Since joining the Foot Locker team in 1993, Johnson has led almost all of Foot Locker’s major businesses in both the United States and internationally. To date, he has played an integral role in developing and executing the company’s strategic plans and growing its direct-to-consumer business.
Dick’s prior titles include but are not limited to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Group President of Retail Stores, President and Chief Executive Officer of Foot Locker Europe, President and Chief Executive Officer of Footlocker.com/Eastbay and Vice President of Merchandising at Eastbay.
Before joining the company, he worked for Graebel Van Lines, General Motors, Electronic Data Systems and Wausau Insurance Companies.
Education
Dick holds a BA of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and is based out of Foot Locker, Inc.’s headquarters in New York City.
