Jeffery H. Perkins is a managing director in the Frankfurt office of Harris Williams.
Career
Previously, he was one of five partners at Close Brothers Germany (later DC Advisory), where he oversaw cross-border and international M&A activities, in particular all U.S.-related activities in German-speaking countries and Eastern Europe.
Mr. Perkins has successfully managed a variety of sales mandates (healthy and distressed companies), purchase mandates, pre-IPOs and financial restructuring for family businesses, corporations and financial investors.
