Required Qualifications
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
7+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
2+ years of Agile experience

Duties
The candidate selected for this position will be an experienced and well-rounded Business Systems Consultant. The position will be working as a member of the Data and Analytics Engagement & Quality team which provides engagement, requirements gathering and scrum support for applications, tools, processes, metrics and reporting supporting Cyber Security operational requirements and Enterprise requirements. Main duties for this role are: 1) follow and apply the agile framework and best practices to support critical development initiatives, 2) work with business and technical teams and ask detailed, in-depth question to gather necessary information to compose user stories, 3) work with the Product Owner on the user stories, 4) facilitate the deployments and 5) know when and how to escalate and how to resolve impediments for the scrum team. Participates in calls to explain and support the data lineage and metric calculations; and other duties required to support the reporting of Enterprise Information Security metrics. The candidate selected must be comfortable working on multiple dynamic projects simultaneously.
