• Bachelor’s degree/ 3+ years of experiences with a focus on rates products.
• Demonstrate understanding of Rates products, the marketplace and client needs to drive product growth/development.
• Strong interest in the global capital markets, including understanding the fundamental and technical drivers.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies for increased account connectivity and production, in partnership with trading, other product areas, client management, and across the larger organization.
• Prefer a highly technical, math engineering/finance/business background.
• Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office, specifically excel.
• Must be proactive and demonstrate ownership and initiative taking.
• Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management capabilities.
• Experience working with internal and external clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a focus on maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
