Who you are

• You have a keen interest in environmental corporate reporting and disclosure.
• You have advanced knowledge of sustainability issues, specifically related to climate change, water security, and/or commodity-linked deforestation.
• You can come up to speed quickly and independently with technical information (such as CDP's guidance and scoring methodology) and apply this information to company responses.
• You have great attention to detail and good organizational and time management skills.
• You understand company needs, identify opportunities, and act on this information.
• You have excellent engagement and communication skills.
• You can meet deadlines under pressure.

Bonus points

• You have at least one year of related work experience.
• You have transferrable academic experience in a related subject.
• You can accurately communicate technical information in a concise, yet comprehensive manner.
• You have familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and analytics platforms, with ability to master new systems.
• You have the drive to take ownership and responsibility for particular areas of work.
• You have the desire and ability to improve and streamline processes to better and more efficiently achieve program goals, rather than follow the status quo.

Your day-to-day

• You will support other account managers in the creation of Reporter Services deliverables for their member accounts.
• You will manage 10 of your own member accounts.
• You will coordinate relevant communications to members.
• You will collect and analyze member feedback to ensure a positive member experience.
• You will deliver standalone tools and services to non-members, such data products and score feedback calls.
• You will support the quality assurance and testing of data product outputs.
• You will support projects across global Reporter Services program areas, such as product development, marketing and sales, and/or events.
• You will provide operational ad hoc support for Reporter Services account managers.
