Heartfelt Melodies and Love Declarations
Australian musician G Flip, also known as Georgia Claire Flipo, celebrated the release of their Drummer album with a heartfelt expression of love for their wife, Chrishell Stause. The occasion took place on Sunday at a private residence owned by Jason Oppenheim, one of the stars of Selling Sunset.
Amidst the festivities on August 6, G Flip, 29, and Stause, 42, radiated affection and shared precious moments that were captured in photographs. The event was attended by notable personalities, including Chelsea Lazkani and Emma Hernan from Selling Sunset, as well as Teen Wolf actor Tyler Posey.
"It's incredibly meaningful to have so many people gather for my album release party, especially since I relocated here without knowing anyone. This sense of community is truly heartwarming," G Flip expressed to the audience.
The artist continued, reflecting on the challenges of settling in Los Angeles within the creative industry. They contrasted the potential for isolation with the experience of finding a supportive circle of friends and peers.
After a brief pause, G Flip humorously wiped away tears and continued, "So, to all of you who have supported me or simply listened to my released songs, thank you from the bottom of my heart."
Amid their performance of tracks like "The Worst Person Alive" and "Good Enough," G Flip expressed gratitude to their manager and then turned their attention to Stause, who had played a vital role in organizing the event. With deep sincerity, G Flip proclaimed, "Darling, I adore you. You are my life's greatest love, the most remarkable human I've ever known."
The connection between Stause and G Flip blossomed from their meeting in October 2021, eventually culminating in an intimate wedding ceremony officiated by an Elvis impersonator in May.
While enjoying the event, Stause had the opportunity to reconnect with her Selling Sunset co-stars, creating joyous moments that Emma Hernan captured and shared on her Instagram Story.
As guests reveled in the intimate ambiance of the release party, they were treated to two Casamigos bar stations. Delectable offerings included bite-size chicken egg rolls, bacon-wrapped jalapeños, plant-based empanadas, and a curated charcuterie board.
Mark your calendars for August 11 when Drummer will be available to captivate listeners with its musical brilliance.
