US stock exchanges closed on Wednesday with declines in key indices

After the close of trading

The NYSE closed Wednesday with a decline in key indices on the back of higher oil prices.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 65.38 points (0.19%) to 35,228.81.

The S&P 500 index lost 29.15 points (0.63%) to 4,602.45 points.

The Nasdaq index fell 177.37 p. (1.21%) to 14,442.27 p.

As for large-company stocks, UnitedHealth Group gained, Walmart gained 2.64 points and Johnson and Johnson gained 1.85 points.

Also, shares of such companies as Valero Energy Corporation, Paychex closed on the plus side.

Shares of Direct Digital Holdings, Hillstream Biopharma, Adagio Therapeutics also gained in yesterday's trading.

However, Empire State Realty Trust (NYSE: ESRT) shares closed at $9.90, down -1.30%. Shares of the company had a max. price per share of USD 10.05 and a min. price of USD 9.87.

GrafTech (NYSE: EAF) shares closed at $9.89, down -6.61%. Also, the company's max. value per share reached USD 10.63, while the min. value was USD 9.86.

Shares of Fulton Financial (NASDAQ: FULT) ended trading at $17.03, down -3.18%. Share of its had a max. value per share of $17.63 and a min. value of $16.92.

E2open (NYSE: ETWO) shares ended trading at US$9.06, down -3.92%. Shares of the company had a max. value per share of US$9.43 and a min. value of US$9.05.

Shares of Insmed (NASDAQ: INSM) ended trading at US$22.92, down -1.16%. The company had a max. price per share of $23.56 and a min. price of $22.58.

Paymentus (NYSE: PAY) shares closed in yesterday's trading at USD 21.82, down -1.71%. Shares of the Paymentus company had a max. price per share of USD 22.30 and a min. price of USD 21.55.
