Sigmund Esco “Jackie” Jackson is an American singer and songwriter, best known as a founding member of the Jackson 5.
As the second child of the Jackson family and the oldest Jackson brother, Jackie played a key role in the group’s early success and lasting legacy. He is also recognized as the only member who remained a constant part of the Jackson 5 throughout its history.
