Jeung Yoon-chae, known by the name Yoonchae, is a South Korean singer based in Los Angeles, California. She is best known as a member of the global girl group Katseye, which officially debuted on June 28, 2024.
Yoonchae began developing her career through vocal training and performance, building a foundation influenced by both Korean and international pop styles. Her move to Los Angeles further positioned her within a global entertainment environment, allowing her to expand her artistic range and audience reach.
She gained international recognition as a contestant on the 2023 reality competition Dream Academy, a large-scale project created by HYBE Corporation in collaboration with Geffen Records.
