Todd Anthony Bridges is an American actor. He portrayed Willis Jackson on the sitcom Diff'rent Strokes and had a recurring role as Monk on the sitcom Everybody Hates Chris. Bridges worked as a commentator on the television series TruTV Presents: World's Dumbest... from 2008 to 2013.

Todd Bridges built a diverse career in television, starting with appearances on The Waltons, Little House on the Prairie, The Love Boat (Season 2, Episode 5), and the groundbreaking miniseries Roots. He was also a series regular on Fish, a spinoff of Barney Miller. However, it was his role as Willis Jackson on the hit sitcom Diff’rent Strokes that made him a household name, alongside co-stars Conrad Bain, Charlotte Rae, Dana Plato, and Gary Coleman. Following Rae’s death in 2018, Bridges became the last surviving original cast member.

In the 2000s, Bridges continued appearing on various reality and game shows. In 2002, he participated in Celebrity Boxing, where he defeated his friend Vanilla Ice. He also competed in a celebrity edition of Fear Factor in 2006 but was eliminated after the first stunt. That same year, he appeared on Skating with Celebrities, but was disqualified in the second episode for using roller skates instead of ice skates.

Bridges made several other television appearances, including a guest spot on the game show 1 vs. 100 in 2007, and an episode of Decision House alongside his wife, Dori Bridges. He also had a recurring role as Monk in the sitcom Everybody Hates Chris.

In 2008, he became a frequent commentator on TruTV Presents: World's Dumbest..., and later that year, joined the cast of Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling on CMT. Competing under the persona "Mr. Not So Perfect" as part of Team Beefcake, Bridges made it to the finals, earning praise for his athleticism and competitive spirit, though he was ultimately defeated by Dennis Rodman.

In 2015, Bridges hosted a live game show called Lovers or Losers: The Game Show at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. More recently, in 2022, he was featured as a HouseGuest on season three of Celebrity Big Brother.

Music videos

Bridges has appeared in several music videos. His first appearance was in Penny Ford's single "Change Your Wicked Ways" (1984). He made a cameo in Moby's 2002 music video for "We Are All Made of Stars" and in the video for the Black Keys' 2011 single "Howlin' for You."
