Erika Girardi, known professionally as Erika Jayne, is an American singer, television personality and actress.
In 2015, Erika joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in season 6. Her glam look, direct attitude, and double life as a pop diva made her a standout. While continuing with reality TV, she also hit the stage—appearing on "Dancing With the Stars" in 2017, guest starring on "The Young and the Restless," and later landing the iconic role of Roxie Hart in the Broadway musical "Chicago" in 2020, though her run was cut short by the pandemic. She returned to Broadway in 2025 for a short comeback.
In 2023, she launched her Las Vegas residency "Bet It All on Blonde" at the House of Blues in Mandalay Bay. The buildup to the show and the drama behind the scenes were featured in a two-part Peacock documentary, showing both the pressure and the personal toll of rebuilding her career after major public scandal.
That scandal involved her ex-husband, high-profile lawyer Tom Girardi, who was accused and later convicted of embezzling millions from clients. Erika was dragged into the legal mess with lawsuits and public backlash, though she denied knowing about the fraud. The pressure from the legal heat, media scrutiny, and personal fallout hit hard—she admitted in her documentary to having suicidal thoughts during that time.
Despite the chaos, she kept going. Erika released new singles, stayed on RHOBH into season 14, and even competed on "The Masked Singer" in 2025 under the costume “Yorkie.” She also released a memoir in 2018 called "Pretty Mess," which became a bestseller and laid out her story in her own words—drama, glitz, and all.
Erika Jayne's career is basically a roller coaster of glam pop, reality TV fame, Broadway lights, Vegas stages, and serious real-life drama. Through it all, she’s managed to keep performing, stay relevant, and double down on the whole “pretty mess” brand—owning her image while navigating some wild ups and downs.
