Pete Davidson’s Neighborly Side
Pete Davidson earned a warm sendoff from residents of his longtime Staten Island condominium.
Christopher Campbell, president of the Accolade Condominium at 90 Bay Street Landing, described the comedian as courteous, approachable, and considerate during his years in the building.
“He is a perfect neighbor. He was polite, he was nice to everyone,” Campbell wrote in a reported thank-you letter cited by silive.com on Saturday, May 16.
Campbell said Davidson regularly introduced himself to residents and was mindful of the property’s privacy during his relationship with Kim Kardashian, reportedly using a side entrance when she visited to avoid disrupting neighbors. He also welcomed several famous friends to the building, including Miley Cyrus, Kid Cudi, and Machine Gun Kelly.
The building president further thanked Davidson for donating an air hockey table to the community room, calling it a lasting gesture appreciated by residents.
The tribute emerged shortly after Us Weekly reported Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt’s breakup, which came five months after they welcomed their daughter, Scottie Rose, in December 2025. Her name honors Davidson’s late father, a firefighter who died while responding to the September 11, 2011, terrorist attacks.
Davidson and Hewitt were first linked in March 2025. The report said they are still working through the breakup while coordinating care for their baby.
The personal update comes as Davidson continues balancing fatherhood with a career that began on Saturday Night Live under Lorne Michaels and expanded into film work, including The King of Staten Island with Judd Apatow.
