Tori Spelling Crash Scare
Tori Spelling was reportedly hospitalized alongside seven children following a multi-vehicle crash in Temecula, California, on Thursday, April 2.
Law enforcement insiders, speaking to TMZ, reported that the 52-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 star was behind the wheel with several children — four of whom are her own — when a car allegedly ignored a red traffic signal and collided with her SUV. Emergency responders arrived promptly, assessing everyone at the scene. No one was taken into custody.
Video captured after the crash showed Spelling talking with police beside her visibly damaged vehicle. She and the seven children were subsequently taken to a local hospital via three ambulances. The injuries were said to be minor rather than life-threatening, including scrapes, bruising, head impacts, and mild concussions. Sources suggest Spelling may have reduced the force of the crash by attempting a quick evasive move just before impact.
It remains unclear which of her children were present at the time. Spelling shares five kids — Liam Aaron, Stella Doreen, Hattie Margaret, Finn Davey, and Beau Dean — with her former spouse, Dean McDermott. The pair ended their 17-year marriage after separating in June 2023, with their divorce officially finalized in December 2025.
Spelling’s history with high-profile incidents involving vehicles dates back to 2011, when she was involved in a crash while pregnant. At the time, she said the incident occurred as she attempted to evade paparazzi near her children’s elementary school. “The car accident was caused by me: Was it induced because of paparazzi? Yes,” she later clarified during a television appearance.
The actress, who rose to prominence under the guidance of her father, television producer Aaron Spelling, has remained a fixture in entertainment media through acting, reality television, and podcasting. Her 90210 legacy — alongside co-stars such as Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty — continues to anchor public interest in her personal life, particularly during moments of crisis.
As of now, representatives for Spelling have not issued an official statement regarding the latest incident.
