Mid-Toast Stage Wipeout

Post Malone has taken another unexpected tumble onstage — but, true to form, he kept the show going.

The 29-year-old rapper, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, was performing at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, as part of his Big Ass Stadium Tour when the incident occurred. While singing Pour Me a Drink, Malone crouched down to toast a fan in the front row with his red solo cup. Just as their cups clinked, he lost his balance at the edge of the stage and fell off.

The fall was caught on video by a fan and quickly went viral on TikTok. But in classic Malone style, he shook it off and continued with the concert, playing another five songs.

This isn’t the first time the Sunflower artist has had a mishap mid-performance. In 2022, he suffered a nasty onstage fall during a show in St. Louis, injuring his ribs after stepping into an open trapdoor. That incident left him struggling to breathe and forced him to cancel a performance.

The most recent fall comes at a tense moment in Malone’s personal life. He’s currently in a legal battle with his ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, over custody of their two-year-old daughter. According to court documents obtained by TMZ and Page Six, Malone filed for custody in Utah on April 14, just two days before Park filed her own case in Los Angeles.

Park is reportedly seeking sole physical custody and joint legal custody. The child, whose identity has been kept private, is referred to only by the initials DDP. Malone’s specific custody requests haven’t been publicly confirmed.

Despite the legal drama and repeated falls, the rapper has spoken openly about how much fatherhood has changed him. In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, he said:

“It changes your life in the best way ever, and the most beautiful thing is she has a beautiful mom.”

Whether it’s onstage or off, Malone continues to roll with the punches—and keep his footing where it matters most.
