McEnany’s Family Grows

Kayleigh McEnany and her husband Sean Gilmartin are officially a family of five! The former White House press secretary and current Fox News host has given birth to her third child — a daughter named Avery Grace.

The happy news was shared on Monday’s episode of Outnumbered, the Fox News show McEnany co-hosts. Emily Compagno, who made the on-air announcement, said the team was thrilled for their colleague and gave viewers a sneak peek at Avery’s first photo, where the newborn was caught mid-yawn — already making headlines before saying her first word.

McEnany later confirmed the birth on X (formerly Twitter), sharing a heartfelt message about the new addition. “We are so in love with our new baby girl, Avery Grace!” she wrote, adding that her older kids, Blake, 5, and Nash, 2, are embracing their new roles as big sister and big brother. Apparently, Blake is obsessed with her little sister, while Nash needed a bit of time to warm up to her — but he’s now on board.

In a touching nod to her faith, McEnany included a Bible verse in her birth announcement — Psalm 139:13–14, which speaks about being “fearfully and wonderfully made.” It’s a sentiment that reflects how personal and spiritual this moment is for her family.

Back on Outnumbered, the team — led by co-host Harris Faulkner — sent their well-wishes to Kayleigh and Sean, with Compagno jokingly telling McEnany not to rush back to the studio too soon.

The former press secretary first revealed her pregnancy back in March, sharing sweet family details — including how her daughter Blake would kiss her baby bump and talk to the baby. Avery arrived just before the June due date McEnany had previously mentioned.

Kayleigh and Sean’s story goes back to 2015, when they started dating. They tied the knot in 2017. Gilmartin, a former MLB pitcher, retired from professional baseball in 2022, while McEnany transitioned from politics to a full-time role in broadcast media after serving as press secretary during President Trump’s administration.

Now, with baby Avery officially here, the McEnany-Gilmartin household just got a little livelier and a whole lot sweeter.
